About

Welcome and thank you for visiting my site! I have provided tools and resources to help you cultivate attention, stillness, peace, and wellness in all areas of your life.

As a leader, I believe it is my responsibility to empower others to live their lives fully awake; embracing the peace they deserve. For many, cultivating attention or focus requires intentional effort and practice. It is not hard to strengthen one’s level of attention, empathy, peace, creativity, and wellness but it does take intention and regular (mindfulness) exercise. As a result, I developed mindfulness classes and workshops for college students and those working in higher education.

My professional mindfulness advising experience began with an audience of college students but has spread to include those in business, non-profits, and administrators in higher education. I advise and coach those who wish to strengthen their attention, mindset, and leadership abilities so they can live a life of purpose, embracing peace and stillness.
